The Ontario Network of Victim Service Providers

VCARS have formed a Provincial Association to: 

• provide a provincial organizational framework for fostering and advancing 

         the interests of victim service providers. 

• establish collaborative and effective partnerships with funding, legislative, 

         community and corporate bodies. 

• support ongoing and new program development. 

• assist member agencies delivering victim services. 

•  carry on research and investigations required to support the development of best practices. 

•  foster and advance the interest of victim services to the public. 

•  maintain quality service delivery through the Province of Ontario.
